Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at VESTIBILITA. Please review our shipping and delivery procedures, which vary depending on whether you are purchasing a digital download or a physical product.

1. Digital Products (PDF Guidebooks & Manuals) No physical shipping is required for our digital products.

  • Delivery Method: Upon successfully completing your payment, you will immediately receive an automated email containing a secure link to download your purchased PDF files.

  • Access: You can also access your purchased digital files directly from your VESTIBILITA account dashboard at any time. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

2. Physical Products (Paper Patterns & Size Set Samples) For our physical products shipped domestically and internationally, the following terms apply:

  • Order Processing Time: All physical orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • International Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary significantly based on the destination country and the selected shipping carrier.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: VESTIBILITA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

3. Order Tracking For physical items, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Software & Application Services For subscriptions or access to our digital platforms (e.g., PLM/ERP applications), access is granted instantly upon account creation and successful payment verification.
