Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at VESTIBILITA. As we evolve from providing professional digital guidebooks to physical patterns, size set samples, and innovative fashion software platforms, our return and refund policies apply differently depending on the type of product or service you have purchased. Please read the following carefully.

1. Digital Products (PDF Guidebooks & Manuals) Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or delivered to your email, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact us immediately at info@vestibilita.com, and we will assist you.

2. Physical Products (Paper Patterns & Size Set Samples) For our physical items, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your physical item to request a return.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Process: To start a return, you must contact us first at info@vestibilita.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties for international returns, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Software & Application Services (Upcoming PLM/ERP Platforms) For our software applications and subscription-based digital services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or previously used services.

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if physical merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The physical item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. This cooling-off period does not apply to instantly downloadable digital products or active software subscriptions.

5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@vestibilita.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your physical return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that cryptocurrency payment refunds will be processed based on the USD fiat value at the exact time of the original purchase.
